Return Policy
We accept returns for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, offering a full refund. If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the time you hand over the package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes the transit period for the return to reach us (5 to 10 business days), our processing time upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days). Often, refunds are completed more quickly.
To initiate a return, log in to your account, view the order under the “Complete Orders” section in the My Account menu, and select the Return Item(s) option. We will notify you via email once your return is received and processed.
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping, although some products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped internationally.
When you place an order, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on item availability and your chosen shipping method. The estimated shipping date may appear on the shipping quotes page, depending on the selected provider.
Please note that shipping rates for many items are determined by weight, which is detailed on each product page. In accordance with our shipping carriers’ policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest pound.
